By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account or place any wager. BBV999 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person below the minimum required age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable operator policy.
By registering an account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location. BBV999 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and whenever your circumstances change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
To access the betting and gaming services on BBV999, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify BBV999 support immediately. BBV999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
BBV999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending verification.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. BBV999 may close an Account at its discretion if it determines that a User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BBV999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its systems, or interfere with any other User's use of the Platform.
The Platform displays account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All Platform communications, terms, policies and support interactions are conducted in English. Urdu language support is available through the live chat service on request.
The Platform may reference payment services familiar in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and banking institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as contextual examples only. Such references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, partnership or support of gambling services by any referenced payment provider or financial institution. Actual payment methods available for deposit and withdrawal are confirmed solely within the Platform cashier.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. BBV999 accepts deposits in PKR. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the registered account holder's name — are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. BBV999 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are published in the cashier section of the Platform. Users on higher VIP tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits subject to the operator's current published policy.
BBV999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it has reason to believe that: (a) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation; (b) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (c) the transaction would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified via email or support chat of any such delays where permissible.
Promotional offers available on BBV999 are subject to individual bonus terms, which are published on each offer's dedicated promotional page. Users must meet all eligibility criteria before a bonus is activated. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the specific bonus terms.
Most bonuses on the Platform carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative purposes: a wagering requirement of 20× applied to a PKR 1,000 bonus would require PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. The actual requirement for each offer is specified in that offer's bonus terms.
Bonuses that are not fully wagered within their stipulated validity period will expire and be removed from the User's Account along with any bonus-derived winnings. Expiry periods are specified in each offer's terms.
BBV999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
BBV999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where a bet is placed on markets affected by technical errors, misquoted odds, or events that have already commenced or concluded at the time of bet placement.
All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. BBV999 covers sports markets including Pakistan cricket (bilateral series, ICC tournaments, PSL), international football, UFC/MMA, esports and other scheduled sporting events. Available markets and odds are subject to change without prior notice.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules. Bets placed during a live event may be accepted or declined based on the current state of play. Odds in live markets update in real time and the Platform is not responsible for connection delays that may affect the odds at which an in-play bet is accepted.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the operator's void-rule threshold; obvious pricing errors; duplicate bet placement due to technical malfunction. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the User's balance.
Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per event, or per day. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section. BBV999 reserves the right to limit payouts in excess of published thresholds regardless of the original stake amount.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal use only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from BBV999. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBV999 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, BBV999's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BBV999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the User's Account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between BBV999 and any User.
